  2. V-bot.ai: A cutting-edge AI-powered phone number service that ensures businesses never miss a customer call by leveraging AI-driven voice technology for optimal customer interaction.

As a Marketing Intern, you will be instrumental in developing and executing marketing strategies across digital channels to promote these two products and grow their user base.


Job Description:

We are looking for a self-driven Marketing Intern to lead the creation and implementation of a comprehensive marketing strategy for both Trabajogenx.com and V-bot.ai. You will be responsible for designing and executing campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a startup environment and take full ownership of the marketing function.


Responsibilities:

  1. Develop Marketing Strategy: Create and implement a year-long marketing plan that enhances brand visibility and drives engagement for both Trabajogenx.com and V-bot.ai.
  2. Manage Digital Ads: Run targeted campaigns on Google Ads, TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram to maximize ROI. You will research, design, and execute ad content and visuals to ensure optimal performance.
  3. Optimize Campaigns: Analyze metrics, monitor campaign effectiveness, and recommend changes to optimize ad performance.
  4. Platform-Specific Strategy: Recommend how ads should be tailored for each platform (e.g., TikTok vs. Instagram) to achieve the best results.
  5. Trend Analysis: Stay updated with the latest trends in digital marketing and social media to keep the company’s strategies ahead of the curve.
  6. Report & Adjust: Provide regular reports on campaign performance and adjust strategies based on data insights.


Requirements:

  1. Currently enrolled as a domestic student in Marketing, Business, or a related field at TMU (Toronto Metropolitan University).
  2. Proficient in social media platforms, Google Ads, and marketing analytics tools.
  3. Strong writing, communication, and creative skills.
  4. Capable of taking initiative and working independently in a startup environment.
  5. Passionate about inclusive technologies and AI-driven innovation.
